Neil Liu Biography
Neil Liu is a Taiwanese trainee under HAOHAN Entertainment. He was a trainee under TOP Media and he used to train with MCND members. In 2021, he participated in "Youth With You Season 3" and took one of the nine spots in the group IX FORM.
