Kazuhisa Kotera Biography
Born in Osaka Prefecture. After gaining experience as a company employee at Sharp Corporation and KADOKAWA Co., Ltd., he moved on to the path of scriptwriting, which he started as a hobby, and is now active as a freelance scriptwriter.
