Atsuo Tobe

Atsuo Tobe (戸部 敦夫, Tobe Atsuo) is a veteran Japanese animator, character designer, and mechanical designer. His mother is the well-known voice actress Noriko Ohara (小原乃梨子). He graduated from Rikkyo University.
