Alexander Belov Biography
In 2018 graduated from VGIK (Vladimir Alenikov's workshop). In 2020 defended dissertation at MGIMO on poetics of contemporary Iranian cinema. In 2022 enrolled in Moscow School of New Cinema (Oleg Dorman's screenwriting workshop). Continues studies at Stockholm University of Arts. Short films "Crash" (2021), "I Can't Sleep" (2019) and "Lucky ticket to Palau" (2018) participated at VGIK Film Festival, Saint Anna Student Film Festival and Unknown Film Festival.
His debute feature film project was shortlisted for Moscow International Film Festival's Competition of debutant pitching.
